Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We agree that World offers an excellent salary and benefits package to our associates and appreciate you highlighting that fact. We are concerned to hear that you did not receive training during your stint at World, and that you felt there was a lack of communication. We pride ourselves on being transparent to our associates, with Townhalls, Retail Roundups, the Weekly Digest, etc., and are sorry you did not find that to be the case.
