I have been here for nearly a year and consider myself exceptionally fortunate to be a part of the Wurk team. My experience here has been nothing short of outstanding. From the moment I joined, one thing that immediately stood out was the collaborative culture that defines our workplace. I also can't emphasize enough the dedication and care that Wurk invests in both its clients and employees. Unlike other tech / payroll companies I've worked for in the past, we work hand-in-hand with our clients to make sure we are aligned with their needs and expectations. It's no secret cannabis is a tricky sector. We try to provide a multiple of ways for our clients to connect with our company so we have a north start as we continue to add solutions, services, and offerings. The same goes for our employees. The people team does an exceptional job at providing both leadership and employees a multitude of ways to give feedback throughout various times of the year. Not to mention the benefits are phenomenal for a company of this size. No workplace is perfect. But Wurk is a community of like-minded individuals who are dedicated to excellence, both in client service and in supporting one another. Wurk is a great place to work and grow your career to the next level. The executive team is exceptionally amazing and helps optimize the great organization built. While there are some growing areas, the company is proactive and transparent with where they are going. Also, the people are excellent, and the culture makes me feel like I have a voice.
