Pros

Great group of people to work with each day. Really tried to make it feel like family. Also a union job, with union benefits and pay.

Company was mismanaged from the top down.

money is good, mandatory overtime and potential for more

Cons

After training you are shoved into working stuff you were never trained on. They failed to mention that we are the people that you call when your stuff is missing, late or lost. Communication between office and terminals is horrible
