The company is clearly on the fast track to success. Lots of investment in the business and its people. We're able to move a lot faster than we used to (when we were nVent). The people truly care about one another.
Cons
None that I can think of. Some minor growing pains as policies change over from nVent to Chemelex but the transition is happening quickly and is well-communicated.
Was a great place to work before the layoffs happened.
Cons
Layoffs to compensate bad business choices. These layoffs result in constant change to roadmap and change in focus. No clear vision of project's trajectory. Biased managers with inclination towards their specific team for promotions and increments. No work life balance.
