At times, the workload can be a bit heavy, but the collaborative and supportive nature of the company and team members makes the busy times feel more manageable.

Pros

Inspiring focus on core values. Get to help students in need. Fully remote with plenty of opportunities to connect with other team members. Fair compensation. Big focus on employee work/life balance. Great onboarding experience.

Cons

Remote work has its own challenges, but the company does a good job of addressing them. Competitive space with a lot of companies trying to disrupt. Company is making a lot of improvements which always creates growing pains.
