Intelligent staff that really works as a team. Focused on client service and satisfaction. Know how to have fun at work. Participate in many charitable events. Great work-family-life balance.

Cons

The winters are long in Vermont if you are not into that kind of thing.

Pros

I was with iSystems when it was a small family-owned business and have watched as it transformed itself into an industry leader in HCM software solutions. This transition really ramped up just a few years ago. It is a challenging, fun, and team-oriented environment that values its employees and puts families first. Because of the explosive growth and changes in the payroll/HCM industry, iSystems has had to re-tool and change direction to remain competitive. iSystems' directors and upper management has done an incredible job of keeping us on task in the midst of rapid change.

Cons

Because of the changes and new trends in both the industry and technology, holding to a steady course is not always possible. Changes in direction, priorities, and technologies are frequent. While this presents an exciting dynamic environment, it is not for everyone. To be a good fit at iSystems requires flexibility, commitment and at times, even a good sense of humor. Fortunately, the people at iSystems all work as a team and do an exceptional job of supporting each other.
