1. No roadmap for technological upgrades from development point of view. 2. Lack of Experienced technical team members. 3. No team for taking technological decisions. Most of the time it is done by the management and the junior employees. 4. No in-house recreation facilities for employees. Limited team building activities. 5. Hectic work-life balance for few teams. I would say, there is a room for improvement.

Some team managers lack leadership skills

I didn’t find any cons during my time.

Nothing much. My experience was pretty good.

No personal technical growth. Worst HR and her policies. HR politics around the company with management against employees is visible and employees are helpless. Never ever friendly HR.

No more a good company as most of the talented employees have already left the place and company (Bangalore office) is handled by managers who previously worked in Service based organization and they have no idea how a product organization should work. Some good junior talents are still keeping the productivity rate high and giving opportunity to VP and Managers to take credits from US team which they never deserve. Appraisal system is really bad for junior employees.

Not very many cons. Previous experience has taught me the difference between a toxic environment and what a great company, product, culture and team can really be and I think I’ve finally just found that greatness combo here.
