Sagewood is a Life Plan Community, also known as a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), in northeast Phoenix. We offer a wealth of resort-style amenities and services to provide residents opportunities for living life to the fullest.
As a Life Plan Community, residents enjoy an active, independent lifestyle along with access to a full continuum of health care services on-site. If ever needed, independent living residents have priority access to unlimited days of assisted living, skilled nursing, memory care and rehabilitation services. In addition, our Type A LifeCare® contract means independent living residents who move to a higher level of care won’t see a substantial increase in their monthly fee, regardless of length of stay. Sagewood is one of the few senior living communities in Phoenix that offers Type A LifeCare.
Our beautiful campus also sets us apart from other senior living options in Phoenix. Set on 85 acres of Sonoran Desert with views of the McDowell Mountains, we’re home to hikers and nature lovers who appreciate the area’s dramatic landscape. The striking Southwestern architecture of Sagewood was inspired by the beauty of our spectacular setting. And with the cosmopolitan attractions of Phoenix and Scottsdale nearby, residents are never far from city life. We’re proud of our community’s rich history, starting with the partnerships formed in the early 2000s that laid the groundwork for the grand opening in 2010 and Sagewood’s continued growth and expansion today.
