Good coverage with three options. However, you have to pay a penalty (~$100-$200 a month?) to put your spouse on your insurance if s/he already qualifies for insurance through his or her employer.

Very few choices and very expensive, especially to competitors. As part of their expense savings, I feel they cut back on their benefit contributions and the employee has to pay more out of pocket for less than desirable coverage.

They offered a few traditional options plus a couple of flex options. I used a traditional plan with a reasonable co-pay.

The health insurance was reasonable and through Aetna who paid completely for a surgery I needed so I had no out of pocket expenses...which was great!
