Typical run of the mill employee benefits. Two weeks PTO, 401K, and health, vision, and dental. Their insurance is very expensive. You’d think they would contribute more to the employees premium.

Health insurance quality has gone down, I have the most premium insurance we offer. Deductible is muddling, roughly average for most places, coinsurance on everything, pay 100% of all prescriptions up to $20. Pay about 15% after that. Not the worst insurance by far but much more expensive than last year's plans, with less "value added" perks.
