Work From Home

As a financial institution, branch staff are considered essential employees. Because of the nature of our retail branch environment, our field team members are working mostly on-site with enhanced safety protocols in place as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. 

Positions located in our corporate office are remote-eligible (hybrid work schedule) based on function and department need. Exact degree of remote work is decided between manager and team member, but most team members work at least 1-2 days a week from home.
