The health insurance is very expensive and it covers nothing. Unless you are a teacher or work for the government, this is to be expected in Corporate America with the prevailing health insurance issues.

Premiums were relatively high compared to your salary, so that hurt the take home amount.

Covers standard mandatory benefits. Price seems very high because corporate contribution was cost-capped in 2013, before all the ACA mandates took effect.

Not as good as last year, but still a lot better than you can get in private sector

They have horrible health insurance, they can afford much better or even if they offered to have employees pay for additional better insurance I'm sure we would. You are a multi billion dollar company, why wouldn't you give employees better health coverage options that are actually affordable????
