Company 401K match is not a guarantee, benefits are expensive and prescriptions for certain conditions can be very costly. Vacation depends on where you are employed and your position. Leadership can be frustrating and sometimes feels like shareholders are more valuable than employees. In reality, they should be equal value.

Worst: Very high deductible health plans with a non-progressive version of BCBS. Recently changed vision plan is bad and from a company nobody knows of. Best: They have a good 401k match when its active, good vacation time, and offer a unique way of lowering medical plan costs.
