The healthcare at Adobe is pretty descent and it is one of the best health insurance plans I have seen.

Health insurance is decent enough. If you are in a non-family plan (single), the HSA plan (with a $2600 annual deductible) is covered by the company with no contribution required by the employee, and on top of that the company contributes with $1600 for the HSA account per year, which helps covering the deductible, and, in case you don't use your insurance through the year, this money will accumulate in your HSA account and can be used later for any medical expenses.

Not sure what the "Current Senior Project Manager in San Jose" is referring to. I've found Adobe's health coverage to be excellent. I am part of the Aetna HealthSave program, where you have an HSA (that Adobe contributes to) and yes, it has a high deductible ($1250 for single person) but again, Adobe gives you $750, so it's really only $500 for you. All preventative care is covered 100% and most other care, when handled in-network, is covered at 90%.

Adobe's health insurance hardly covers anything. Very expensive out of pocket costs.

Generous options for health insurance, including an automated assistant to help choose a plan. The addition of flex spending and employer donation to that fund was a nice surprise.

I don't know too much about this. I was only an intern there and did not have health insurance covered.
