Best thing is that it is reliably paid as the company has been doing well and the worst thing is that it is paid in two parts.

For eligible roles, the annual performance bonus is partially paid out around Thanksgiving based on company performance year to date at that point in time. Then the remainder of performance bonus is paid in the typical March time frame. This allows you to access some of your bonus prior to the holidays!

Sometimes, they are hard to attain.

You will make a quarterly bonus if you meet your production quota

Commission based so you get what you put in

Aflac pays a higher percentage and pays bonuses twice per year.
