The best thing about benefits are the unlimited PTO and the worst thing is 5 years before you vested in 40k1 plan

Alcon offers not only a PPO, but an EPO, Kaiser HMO, HMO and a Kaiser PPO. Reasonable rates. They typically re-negotiate every year. So far with Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey it's spectacular.
