Good medical, dental, vision benefit. They also have group life, diability, and accidental coverages.

There is an option where you pay nothing from your pay check

Eyemed, Blue Cross Blue Shield of SC, and dental. Great plans low copays and deductibles

Low prim. 260.00 for a full family, 3,500 to meet coverage

High deductible plans only with an HSA that company only contributes $250.00

No standout perks like free lunches

This benefit has eroded considerably -- all the costs have be transferred to the employee. It would be great if they took all the time they spend on marketing it as 'good' plan , and actually worked on making it a good plan.

Best - pretty comprehensive. worst - expensive and not the best coverage.
