Allstate offers you choices in your healthcare decisions.

Very restricted choices, very high deductibles.

Benefit costs seems about average for a company this size. Nothing is free.

Only down side is having a deductible ($500 for Employee Only) but preventative care covered at 100%, onsite health evaluation (blood pressure level and so on) and flu shots offered free of charge. Not to back if you are a overall healthy person and single.

Health Insurance employee rates are pretty low, insurance is very good. However, the communication about how to enroll could have been better.

Health insurance is expensive. Not a lot to choose from.

Do not get it. They take at least a 1/4 of you check for 2 people, a family, almost half.
