No they are good to have

Best: they paid you for training on subjects and how to use the software. Worst: if you had questions, their response usually was figure it out for yourself.

Their trainings are very repetitive. Also they pay only $10/hr for training, regardless of how much you make. I had a friend who was a Site Director and was supposed to be making $21/hr because he had a degree but whenever we attended trainings he only got paid $10/hr,

There is a lot of training involved, but most is after work

They give us webinars to help us learn at our own speed and our own time, and pay us also.

They just throw you under the bus
