I've never experienced such a generous 401k program. The company contributed between 8-12% of your salary based on business results (deferred profit sharing) plus 5% company contribution, plus will match up to 3% of what you contribute. That means you could get get 20% of your salary deposited into your 401k per year! It adds up quickly.
