They offer 3 days in a year. When coworkers of mine had spouses or parents pass away, they obviously required more than 3 days of bereavement, but had to take another leave of absence (typically unpaid) to make up the difference. This "benefit" is so little that many employees return to work too early after a catastrophic loss.
