Standard Health Insurance plans, nothing fancy.

I have a shared deductible copay plan and they pay the first half of the deductible up front before I have to pay anything. For the rest I'm able to get and use a flexible spending account which saves me a lot. I have a child with a serious health conditiin and the insurance has covered everything and we have been denied nothing including tests,specialists, and medications.

So far so good!
