Best thing is that they have so many options. They keep evolving and adding more customiation options to plans.

No copay for prescriptions, but co-pay for doctors visits was higher than expected.

The healthcare is pretty cheap, and it's easy to find doctors. Dental and vision include.

health issuance is either kaiser or etna. Their base coverage for ER, urgent case is not good compare to other big company. However, vision care seems to be OK.

The health benefits were great, the employee discount was poor.

To me, as a Trans person, the best thing about the insurance plan they had offered at the time that I had selected is that it covered up to 90 percent of Transgender-related surgeries if your doctor was in network, I think for out of network it was like 70 or 80 percent. Low cost per month if you're single with no kids. Great coverage really, I loved it for the short time I had it.
