The monthly co-pay is very affordable!

A free yearly checkup is nice, takes the strain of having to pay some money just check your health off. Vision and dental are nice as well.

Terrible. Might as well be uninsured. Cost the same after a visit.

I like that their are different options but the plan comparisons they provide are so confusing to a new employee. You should at least cover the employee completely with the cheapest plan without paycheck deductions (Amazon doesn't).

I am only covering myself, so I don't depend on the Spouse/Family benefits. I've heard they are expensive. Individual plans are fair.

High co pay and deductible, not competitive with other large tech corporations. Always behaves in the same way as a retailer working with floor staff.

Many options for each individual. Insurance for eye care is excellent!
