You get a fair number, and they carry over per year. You don't get reduced hour estimation from your team based on your sprint performance. Using a sick day might mean having to make up a day's-worth-of-work later in the Sprint.

Sick days roll over. 4 hours accrued per pay period.

You accumulated 4 hours per month worked.

Standard sick day policy that you get at any major company.

Sicks days are given and can be rolled over from year to year.
