Ascend Performance Materials benefits

Three plans to chose from. Premium payment is very good compared to alternative companies, wish deductible and max out of pocket could be lower. I feel like that has gone up over the years, and merits have not.

Overalll satisfied with the benefits. 401K, Roth or regular with a match. 100% vested from day 1. Very small yearly bonus. 2 weeks starting vacation. Not as many vacation or sick days compared to other plants operations, but doable. FSA and HSA's are options. Decent insurance. They didn't require the "jab" like some companies.

Ascend works hard to stay competitive. With a 7% match on an 8% contribution to the 401K it is strong statement about investing in its people.

Would like to have some sort of investment options into the company. Not publicly traded so likely difficult but something like a stock purchase program. The performance bonus is an offset to this but bad years hurt worse.

Good benefits package- good variety, lots of voluntary options, not horribly expensive

No pension plan, No stock

Reasonably priced and coverage is pretty decent.

Medical and 401k on par with industry.
