Benefits are good for a company this size. 7% matching contributions vested immediately. They halted matching during 2020 due to Covid but resumed in the fall and provided all missed match contributions which says a lot about a company's integrity. 15 days PTO to start plus 6 flex personal days and 20 days PTO after four years. Nice contribution to HSA.
