401K - 100% match for the first 3%, 50% match for the next 2%. 401Ks are pretty industry standard, but this match is a bit low for the industry (and for any company offering a 401K, really).

They contribute 2 to 1 so if you do not take advantage of their contribution its like throwing money away. There are few retirement plans left in corporate America, this plan is very good.
