I was part-time so I did not receive much of the benefits, but time off came down to how far in advance you mentioned and how many other people you had working at your store either willing to take your shifts or able to actually to just fill in for you at that time. Shifts also did rotate and sometimes I would work 25 hours a week, but it would be split across 5-7 days in really small increments which could be nice but at times was just aggravating as the shift was really too short and it could be cut at times by management for shave hours off.

Some of the very good benefits are that as a part-time employee you don't have access to the health plan benefits but you still have access to the employee discount, and the many discounts with phone and computer providers
