We have three group insurance plans currently offered through Cigna. (Traditional, High Deductible and Health Savings Plan) Depending on which plan the employee selects, BHC pays at least 75% of the actual premium for employees and eligible dependents. BHC also funds an additional $250 deposit into the participant's Health Savings Account for the first year. Insurance is effective the 1st of the month following the hire date.
