BHC considers remote work to be a viable work option when both the employee and the job are suited to such an arrangement. Remote work may be appropriate for some employees and jobs, but not all in our organization. BHC employees are not guaranteed the opportunity to work remotely. Remote work is not an entitlement or a benefit. It in no way changes the terms and conditions of employment with BHC. The impact on job function, workflow, coworkers, and client service will always be BHC’s primary consideration in determining an employee’s eligibility for remote work. A remote working arrangement may be discontinued at will and at any time at the request of either the Company or the remote worker. 

Most positions are eligible to work remotely up to 2 days per week. Employees requesting formal remote work arrangements must have completed their initial 90-day probationary period, maintain regular employment, and must have a satisfactory performance record.
