Abysmal choices. Presumably great, if you're into Kaiser, since there appears to be a decent "platinum" plan. Then there's an HSA-eligible Kaiser plan (I guess if you're young and healthy and want a few extra thousand dollars put away pre-tax? no premium savings). Lastly there's a "gold" PPO from Anthem which is just as bad as the one from Covered California.

Fully company-paid premiums, even for dependents, but that's just subtle salary discrimination against those who are single. The choices are one Anthem Gold PPO, Kaiser Platinum, and Kaiser HSA (which is, of course, useless unless you're young and healthy).

Backblaze has a very unique dental and vision program where employees can expense up to $6,000 for dental in any one year for anything they can produce a receipt for. So this is not the standard "Delta Dental" with low limits and deductibles - this has zero deductibles, and much higher limits.
