Vision plan is self-funded with no deductible, copays, or co-insurance. Annual reimbursement is $350 and one can "borrow" from next year. This does mean shopping around and/or negotiating a bit since there's no built-in discount as with a network like VSP, but it's great for getting lenses from Costco.
