Short Term Disability Coverage
The Company provides Short Term Disability income replacement if you become unable to work due to a covered illness or injury. The plan provides a benefit of 60% of weekly salary (max of $2,500/week) after a 14 day waiting period for up to 11 weeks.
Long Term Disability
The Company provides Long Term Disability insurance through Unum that begins after 90 days of disability and covers 60% of pre-disability earnings up to a monthly maximum of $10,000.
