If you're in sales, the metrics change a lot. If you're on the services side of the business it's obscure. If you're a manager or director you have no friggin clue what your bonus is or why you got it or why not.

The bonus structure was constantly changed so that it would always be just out of reach to obtain. Once you managed to hit your bonus a couple times in a row, it'd change again to be harder to hit.

It constantly changes. Just as soon as you are hitting %100 bonus they will change it (sometimes even before you get paid on that check) so you don't get it.
