Decent match at 50% of your dollar up to 10%. Non-union workers get an additional 4% added annually to your 401k account in Q1 following your first year of employment.

Very good matching and the ease of access is very good through Fidelity.

The best thing is that they have one, the worst part of having one is the issue with company matching, it's far below the average and they don't really provide assistance on which options to choose for the employees...or at least they didn't back when I worked there.
