Two weeks of sick pay

Dont really know about sick days at Bell

use personal days for "issues of life"

Bell offers this as a typical benefit

80 hours of PTO in addition to vacation

60 hrs a year are what is given to you.

Employees are given 80 paid sick hours to use in a year but are subject to disciplinary action if they use over 65 of those hours, it makes no sense to anyone. It would be better if the company simply admitted this is done to mitigate higher insurance rates.

Unfortunately, you must use the entire day of sick time instead of as needed.
