High premiums; access to HSA account

Health insurance used to be decent but then the company went public. Leadership has no intention of improving this.

Very expensive with very high deductibles.

Higher deductibles have made the program more expensive. Makes you think more about why you go to the doctor.

At the time when I worked there, the insurance would cover things that other insurance didn't cover. There were several options and levels of insurance based on your need, so the cost reflected that as well. I heard that it changed after I left, however, so I am not sure of current health insurance.

They really screwed it up after ACA. THey put more burden on staff than other employers did.

Best-Fertility Coverage 100%. Worst they have moved to a Consumer High Deductible Plan as of 2015.
