Employees enrolled in our health insurance have free access to mental health services and HealthJoy. Employees use this free, easy-to-use app to view benefits, find care and access support tools including therapy sessions, virtual doctor visits and instant access to insurance cards. Buildertrend also covers the cost of surrogacy or infertility-related treatments such as IVF, IUI, etc., prescription medications, and treatments up to a certain lifetime amount.
