To rest, recharge, and maybe reach a goal of their own, we offer Buildians a paid paid vacation (and no, that’s not a typo!):
Those who reach their five-year mark will receive two weeks and $2500 to apply toward a vacation of their choice. Those who clock their first decade will get one month and $5000 to undertake the journey of their dreams.
The only catch: wherever they go, they have to take a snapshot of themselves in their Buildium t-shirt and share it when they get home.
