Anonymous Project Manager

Not great. High deductible plan such that it feels like you do not have insurance until you meet your deductible. I had thought it was purely because of the Affordable Health Care Act but realized it was the combination of the company purchasing a provided package that saves them money while shifting a lot of it to the employees, as well as Obama-care. Basically I pay much more for much less in Health Insurance. May be better to find your own insurance provider.
