Good job training for scribes

The initial training period is fine but there is not enough support after this

Good training overall. They have an academy and then you learn the position with senior for scribes and PSRs . Management training gets disrupted by all the shortages with managers so your training will be bad

Training is pretty lackluster overall.

Best training system I've seen in any establishment. No matter your position in office everyone is retaught and thoroughly trained to citymd's culture and morale. Which is great for those who need to brush up on a few things.
