The employee's cost for health insurance is really low, depending on the plan they choose. I'm paying 1/4 of what I was quoted on the marketplace since COPS pays for the rest, and the coverage is great. When I was hospitalized for one day last year, I only paid $80 out of pocket for EVERYTHING.
