Most years there are plenty of options to choose from, but some years there are very few so it can be inconsistent.

Health insurance benefits have been cut back significantly due to turnaround. Employee pays most of the cost.

It's only ok. Could have picked a much better plan for the employees, but CSC chose to take the cheaper route.

The worst insurance I have ever had! I bet the CEO has great insurance as the workers make him rich!

I had the mid-level health insurance plan out of the three plans offered until this year. I was paying for this health insurance through CSC thinking it would cover something.
Last year, for the first time in 4 years of employment, I went to see a general practitioner for the first time in over a decade.
The CSC health insurance did not cover my visit. It was $350 out of my pocket. The insurance says it covers one of these visits per year, but it does not.
It couldn't get any worse. So I am now paying for the cheapest plan CSC offers so that I lose as little money as possible to them.
Worthless.

They have company contribution for high deductible plans but overall the cost is higher than some other companies.
