Health Insurance is very good depending on employee contribution. COBRA benefits are problematic because the benefit is subcontracted to a company was handling the process of obtaining benefits poorly.

Very expensive. The insurance was also a california only insurance so if you hurt yourself traveling out of state or you have children you support out of state you are kind of out of luck.
