There were great benefits at this company, and they were very upfront with everything from the beginning.

Good health plan. 2 deductible plans and 1 standard plan. While it may feel like you're paying more with the HD plan than a standard one, a low max out of pocket expense for the plan allows you to hit a deductible fairly quickly. With CapTech contributing to your HSA, it's actually quite good and better in the long term.

Requires more out of pocket expenses

Very impressed by the richness of CapTech's medical plan. Excellent costs for individual-only coverage. Not as generous for family, but still strong.
