401K Plan

It is good enough but not an excellent plan. 100% match is only for initial 3%

Employer contribution is very good

Match is standard across industry competitors.

It is manged from on outside source. They make it difficult to access and hard to find on the intranet.

1st year is 0% match 2nd year + is 100% match up to 3% and 50% match up to 2% (making it a 4% match of salary)

6% match plus annual profit sharing

The 401K plan is consistent and on par with other plans I have had in my past. The company will match but it doesn't kick in until you have been with the company for 1 year so you will have to compensate for that yourself or just forgo the $ if you are transitioning from elsewhere.

Good choices, but the match was not very good.
