The best thing about the retirement plan at Capital One is the 401K match. First, they give you 3% for free. They will then match your first 3% contribution dollar for dollar. They will then match 50% your next 3% contribution. So if you contribute 6% of your pay into your 401K, with the company match, you will actually see 13.5% going into your 401K.
