Employee Discounts

associates should be allowed to receive there same discount on clearance merchandise as they do for full price merchandise. Especially being that the company require the associates to wear their merchandise they should be allowed to purchase what they can afford.

I think that the company would do better offering a 65% discount to employees on a consistent basis, as it helps sell the merchandise when customers come in and see sales associates wearing the clothes.

Always have new clothes , look good feel good

It is quite good and there are special discount periods or opportunities to earn special discounts occasionally.

It is generally not even as good as the customer gets.

It is not a consistent discount. It fluctuates at managements discretion. It would behoove them to offer more at the top employee discount of 65% off.

We great great discounts more when we make out numbers.

The Employee discount is 40%, There are additional opportunities to purchase items 50%-65% off as well

As of 2012, the discount was generous and every few months, there was a deeper discount (you are encouraged to wear current clothes, so it helped). There was also a discount at White House Black Market and Soma which was great!
