You get a free meal when you're working and a 50% discount on your day off. The only thing that is stupid is that the discount only applies to the chipotle you work at.

You get one free meal for every shift you work, which is awesome. When you don't work, however, you only get 50% of one meal, not the entire purchase. Also, you only get this discount at your store, not any location.
